  Excellent hotel, very clean and quiet. Beautiful grounds with a large outdoor pool and a salt water in door pool. The dinner buffet is great, nice selection and a different theme each night.

  Regarding the name Elba Thalasso, the hotel should really be excellent in all aspects. The hotel staff is perfect, very kind and always helpful: 5 stars. The room: a kettle with tea/coffee makes a difference, we missed it very much, though it's only April the air conditioner didn't work, the shower kept changing between normal and dangerously hot water by itself, the toilet seat was broken. Good hairdryer, comfy mattrase but wobbly bed, nice terrace, very good wifi. Many good hotels do breakfast until 11am or 12, it's​ 10am in your hotel which is not so convenient after a late night as we are on holiday. The sign of the sauna sais 85-90°C, but it was 58°C. 2 stars to the room, 5 stars to the hotel staff, especially to Miguel in the spa for being so kind, helpful and cheerful. Thank you.   I stayed two nights in the standard room. The standard room is huge with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The bar and restaurant we're both great with good prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the A/C was woefully underpowered, although the rooms barely got hot despite the outside temperature.
