  (-) Lack of free parking in front of the hotel and in the streets around it. The hotels' underground parking costs 10€/night.

  This place was great. Recently renovated. Fabulous breakfast lunch and dinner. If you like the beach it is convenient. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The only down side is that the parking spaces are limited. The parking may be free but you have to parallel park on the street most of the time.

  (+++)2017 renovated hotel, with very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Very good restaurant and bar with high quality and fresh foods.

  Poor hospitality. Bar doesn't serve food after 7pm. You must go to the restaurant. Want an espresso at the restaurant after 7pm? No. You must go to the bar. Want espresso before breakfast? No. Full of unruly children. Costa Ballena is fake society, built up for the summer. You have to drive or cab to town if you want to go out. Non-smoking room smelled suspiciously like ash tray. Pay up front for the room. Pay extra for parking.
